Key Responsibilities Provide basic medical care, first aid, and maintain employee health records Support company health programs and ensure clinic readiness Monitor daily attendance and maintain accurate timekeeping records Validate leaves, absences, and other attendance-related concerns Coordinate with departments on attendance discrepancies Prepare timekeeping reports for payroll processing Assist in maintaining employee records and enforcing company policies Education Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) Must be a Registered Nurse (with valid PRC license) Experience At least 12 years of relevant experience Background in HR or timekeeping is an advantage Skills & Competencies Knowledge of occupational health and safety Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) Ability to handle confidential information
