Join us and be part of a vibrant company that embraces diverse perspectives, and is committed to doing well by doing good.Responsibilities & Deliverables:As a Senior Technical Consultant based in Manila, you will play a critical role in scaling our global delivery capabilities, ensuring continuity across technical operations, and reducing single points of failure. This role is designed to evolve with the business, offering opportunities to shape processes and contribute to strategic initiatives.Your deliverables as a Senior Technical Consultant will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Own the intake and triage of technical work requests, ensuring timely resolution or delegation to appropriate teams.
  • Work directly with customers via Implementation cases, email, or virtual meetings as needed.
  • Design and implement application configuration changes to support new implementations, upgrades, and add-ons.
  • Execute tasks and maintain process documentation related to mobile application publishing, testing distribution, and live deployment to Apple AppStore and Google Play, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Lead special initiatives to adapt to evolving Apple and Google requirements, maintaining app compliance and performance.
  • Coordinate with Product, Development, and Implementations teams to distill and document release features in preparation for GA implementation.
  • Maintain documentation of configuration-related knowledge and processes.
  • Participate in peer reviews and collaborative troubleshooting to ensure team-wide understanding of systems and processes.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
  • Adhere to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and established best practices.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders to support product releases and/or resolve program problems.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
Required Experience:Technical Skills
  • Experience in mobile application publishing via Apple AppStore and Google Play.
  • Experience working with graphic assets such as SVG, PNG, and light image creation and export.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
  • Basic understanding of API integrations or backend systems.
  • General understanding of browser-based and mobile front-end applications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Documentation & Communication
  • Strong written English skills for effective documentation of internal processes and technical specifications.
  • Experience with technical writing or creating internal and client-facing documentation.
  • Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience working with GIT repositories.
  • Financial services industry experience.
  • Ability to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity independently.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree.
