- Deliver high quality client solutions that meet and exceed client and EY expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget.
- Manage client solution delivery, including defining project approach, leading and motivating project teams, monitoring and managing project risks, managing client and EY key stakeholders, and successfully delivering client solutions.
- Identifying new business opportunities, including building strong client relations, understanding client needs and EY solution offerings, communicating client opportunities to EY leadership, and helping develop client opportunities.
- Deep expertise in Oracle BI & analytics offerings: Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator Market Place(ODICS), Oracle Autonomous Datawarehouse(ADW) , BI Publisher , Oracle Transactional BI (OTBI) etc.
- Should have hands on Experience Oracle Fusion Analytics warehouse.
- Very good exposure on different data extraction mechanism from Oracle Fusion ERP,HCM,SCM Oracle CX etc.
- Have good hands on experience in pushing big chunks of data to Oracle Object storage either from on-premise or from different SaaS products.
- Primary focus on developing customer solutions using Oracle's analytics offerings: Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Data Visualization, Oracle Utility Analytcis , OBIEE, OBIA, Machine Learning and Autonomous Data warehouse (ADW).
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution blueprint, performing fit gap analysis, Business process design.
- Experience to translate business analyst requirements into analytics metadata.
- Must possess solid knowledge on OBIEE RPD design, development & deployment
- Must have experience in designing customized interactive dashboards and reports in OBIEE using drill down, prompts, filters, and variables.
- Expert in using OBIEE Answers to create queries, format views, charts, and add user interactivity and dynamic content to enhance the use experience.
- Experience in configuring OBIEE /OACS security (Authentication and Authorization - Object level and Data level security).
- Experience in working with session and repository variable and initialization blocks to streamline administrative tasks and modify metadata content dynamically.
- Experience on working with report performance optimization.
- Experience in developing Dimensional Hierarchies and adding multiple sources to business model objects.
- Possess skills to creating and scheduling iBots and Oracle BI Delivers to provide real-time, personalized and actionable intelligence data to subscribers.
- Expertise in developing Logical Data Model (Business Model), Metadata and reports including logical columns, aliases, hierarchies, and subject areas.
- Experience in writing complex queries, Stored Procedures in Oracle SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
- Determine requirements for aggregate tables, hierarchies, level-based measures etc
- Deep understanding of dimensional data modelling techniques.
- Experience on OBIEE rpd deployment and report migration.
- Experience on ETL tools like Oracle Data Integrator
- At least of 2 years of consulting experience in FAW/OBIEE/OACS/ODI and SQL.
- Overall 2 to 7 years of industry experiences with sound knowledge of Data warehousing & Data Modelling
- Experience with reporting and analytics and exposure to ETL and Data Loading
- Cloud experience: Azure, GCP and AWS
- Have experience leading a project or a team
- Agile Scrum methodology experience (good-to-have)
- Engaging with business partners and IT to understand requirements from various parts of an organization to drive the design, programming execution, and UAT for future state capabilities within the platform.
- Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and strict deadlines
- Good understanding of outsourcing and off shoring, building win/win strategies and contracts with suppliers
- Experience on other Data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau would be a plus
- Experience with ETL tools such as ODI, Informatica etc
- Experience or good knowledge of Oracle Applications - Oracle E-business Suite or Oracle ERP, Oracle HCM (the Oracle cloud SaaS offering) and its connectivity with different data visualization tools
- Integration development to/from other systems
- Consulting experience, including assessments and implementations
- Documenting requirements and processes (e.g., process flows)
