Design and develop Salesforce solutions according business requirements/specifications, quality standards and best practices (configuration vs. coding) to meet project and client objectives.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce applications.
Document solutions and design specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, features and best practices.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
5 years of experience in Salesforce applications
5 years of project implementation & support experience in Salesforce configuration and customization
Strong foundation in Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio/Vlocity, Integration (API), CI/CD, Flows, configuration, design patters, Salesforce limitations, best practices
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Certified in one or more of the following:

Salesforce Platform App Builder
Salesforce Platform Developer 1
Salesforce Platform Developer 2
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Salesforce Loyalty Cloud
Public Sector Solutions
