Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and driven Human Resources Business Partner to support the setup and daily operations of our new Philippine entity. This is a generalist HR role with a strong focus on recruitment and employee management. You will work closely with the local country manager and overseas HQ teams to manage end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, and day-to-day HR support. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and has prior experience in fast-paced industries such as retail. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities in the Philippines, with a strong focus on hiring for frontline, retail, and operational roles. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination. Act as a HR generalist, overseeing the full employee lifecycle while also supporting performance management, training, employee engagement, and exit processes. Serve as a liaison between the Philippine office and regional/international HQs to support company setup activities and ensure alignment with group-wide HR practices and standards. Provide administrative and operational support to the country management team, including preparing HR documentation, attending meetings, taking notes, and assisting with the implementation of new policies and procedures. Support day-to-day administrative and office-related matters for the Philippines team, including internal coordination, maintaining employee records, tracking attendance and leave, handling staff inquiries, and ensuring general HR compliance with local labor regulations. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth internal communication, timely support, and a positive working environment. Key Requirements: Languages: Proficiency in English and Filipino is required; Mandarin is a strong advantage due to regular coordination with China-based teams Experience: 2-5 years in a similar HR generalist or HRBP role; prior experience in retail or fast-paced environments preferred Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline Hands-on experience with recruitment processes, especially for sales, operations, or frontline teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Show more Show less
