The Medical City Clark is searching for an experienced Head of Operations to be part of the team that leads the organization to the next level. This role is critical in overseeing all aspects of the hospital operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality healthcare services while optimizing efficiency and patient experience. This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer What's The Role All About Job responsibilities include, but is not limited to: Operational Excellence - Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, improve revenue generation, and achieve organizational objectives. Patient Experience Leadership - Lead initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and engagement. Quality and Compliance - Oversee quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulation. Business and Strategic Planning - Lead the development of short- and long-term business plans, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize resource allocation. Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a strategic advisor to hospital leadership, driving change management initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions during organizational shifts. Who Are We Looking For An effective Head of Supply Chain must possess the following skills: Process Improvement & Lean Management - Streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Strategic Thinking & Execution - Developing and implementing strategies for operational growth. Customer Service & Patient-Centered Care - Enhancing patient engagement and satisfaction. Service Recovery & Conflict Resolution - Addressing patient grievances and improving hospital reputation. Healthcare Regulations & Accreditation - Ensuring compliance with JCI, DOH, and other healthcare standards. Risk Management & Safety Protocols - Identifying risks and implementing preventive measures. KPI Development & Performance Monitoring - Establishing measurable goals for hospital success. Change Management & Organizational Development - Leading transitions smoothly and effectively. Stakeholder Communication & Negotiation - Collaborating with hospital executives, medical staff, and external partners. Ideally, a candidate must have a degree in any clinical specialty, or a postgraduate in healthcare administration and have at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare services environment.
