Why Join Getz Pharma as a Associate Brand Manager Be a Strategic Leader Driving Brand Growth Take the lead in developing and executing brand strategies, product roadmaps, and promotional plans that drive sales, market share, and profitability. Define clear brand positioning and communicate the product vision across Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution. Analyze market dynamics and competitor trends to ensure the continued relevance, competitiveness, and innovation of assigned brands. Brand Strategy to Execution Lead the creation of marketing and communication materials in collaboration with digital and creative agencies, ensuring consistency and impact. Work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to develop lifecycle strategies, launch plans, and customer-centric programs. Monitor sales forecasts, product performance, and inventory levels, ensuring that business goals and timelines are consistently met. Build Strong Partnerships and Field Excellence Provide ongoing field support to the Sales team, including timely tools, coaching, and training initiatives during cycle meetings. Cultivate strong engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and external partners, including Medical Societies and Advocacy Groups. Coordinate with Medical Affairs to organize advisory board meetings and ensure that all product promotions are compliant with DOH and FDA regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business, or any related field. At least 1-3 years of experience in a growth-driven organization, preferably in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Familiar with Corporate Business environments and Regulatory Compliance frameworks. Strong analytical and financial acumen, with proficiency in Financial Modeling and Performance metrics such as P&L, ROI, and Payback analysis. Proven ability to lead marking strategies, drive cross-functional collaboration, and execute with excellence in a fast-paced environment. Show more Show less
