Your Role: In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and be responsible for accurately entering and managing customer orders. Key Responsibilities Order Processing Accurately enter customer purchase orders into the ERP system. Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, lead times, and shipping instructions. Monitor open orders to ensure timely fulfillment and communicate updates to customers. Customer Service Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online portals. Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates. Resolve customer issues such as backorders, shipping delays, or product discrepancies in a professional manner. Coordination & Communication Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order flow. Communicate proactively with customers about delays, substitutions, or required clarifications. Support account managers with order-related questions and documentation. Documentation & Accuracy Maintain complete and accurate customer records in the ERP Generate and distribute order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documentation. Completing other oddball system tasks as needed related to the process What You Need: Non-negotiables Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or order entry. Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Strong communication skills, including the ability to handle phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
