Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day business functions of our Automotive EV Solutions division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, logistics, supply chain, and team leadership - preferably within the EV or automotive sector. 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive, or energy sectors. Strong knowledge of EV technologies, infrastructure, and supply chain dynamics. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Experience working within or alongside affiliate or multi-entity corporate structures is a plus.
