- Work to assist key stakeholders in projects, operational reports, and key deliverables through process and content enhancements.
- Ensure that requests are not created without true value and provide direction to resources that is currently available within IHG.
- Discover and identify internal operational gaps to allow Sales Operations Managers to recommend efficiencies as needed in-region.
- Design an operational reporting suite to measure Sales Operations effectiveness across key functions and priorities.
- Provide operational support as central point of escalation through managing issues, discrepancies and requests through IHG Javelin Cases and working with Worldwide Sales.
- Support regional alignment through roll out of job aides while identifying & leveraging best practices.
- Identify areas of improvement and pain points to improve the efficiency of sales teams via monthly sales operations calls in the region.
- Work with key stakeholders when changes to plans and accounts need to be made ensuring the approval for any changes impacting the total number are aligned with Sales Effectiveness.
- Support sales efficiencies by upskilling relevant teams on Sales Operations’ Ways of Working.
- Assists in Regional Delivery of Operational Initiatives for WWS, AMER, GC, and AMEA
- Assists Sales Operations Managers on Account Transfers, Changes, and Operations Training Refreshers as needed
- Proven time management skills.
- Ability to interact on a professional level with senior management and sales operations teams.
- Detail oriented with expert analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills.
- Excellent PC Skills (including Word; Outlook; Excel especially with pivot tables, VLookups, etc).
- Knowledge of IHG products, rates and marketing programs.
- Knowledge and experience of Sales & Reporting Systems (i.e. I-Know, Delphi; Salesforce.com; SAS, SAP
