Job Description: In charge of a set of key accounts to groom their performance on Shopee Analyse accounts' performance and operation metrics to provide solutions to optimise accounts' performance Work with accounts to execute campaign and sales strategies to achieve category and accounts' ambitions Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, revenue, and operations teams, to ensure all executions are completed successfully Engage accounts to participate in Shopee campaigns and work with them to execute and deliver campaign targets Work with category managers to define, implement and execute growth strategy Lead in-team projects to set up improvement processes and execute new initiatives Develop and execute a category strategy aligned with company objectives Stay informed about category trends and sellers' and buyers' behaviour. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline Minimum two years of working experience in management consulting, or e-commerce industry, or has a passion in the e-commerce industry Experienced in managing project workstreams Strong internal and external communication and senior stakeholder management Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills Strong business acumen, critical thinking and ability to form actionable insights and recommendations using advanced analytic skills Ability to work in a dynamic environment
