Organizational Design - Reviewing (re-engineering if needed) processes for the organization, including functional, divisional, matrix, process, customer-centric, and network structures. Work Design - Job enrichment, improving process efficiencies, and enhancing employee satisfaction. Exploring digital adoption platforms. Performance Management - Aligning the entire organization on goal setting, performance appraisal, and reward systems. Demonstrates seasoned judgment and decision-making ability by tackling challenges head-on and working to resolve concerns without delay by implementing interventions that address barriers to achieving results and/or lagging performance. Consults with leaders on performance, organizational, and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
