Monthly Rate: $400-520 (based on a 20-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)What You'll Be Doing:
- Research and identify potential salon and spa clients using Google and online directories.
- Make professional cold calls to introduce our white-label skincare offerings.
- Qualify leads, gather essential contact information, and assess their interest.
- Send follow-up emails and information packs to warm leads.
- Accurately log call details, outcomes, and follow-ups in Google Sheets.
- Work with the CEO to refine call scripts and email templates, and provide feedback on call effectiveness and optimal timing.
- Use Zappier or RingCentral for all calls.
- You have 3+ years of experience in cold calling or telemarketing, ideally in B2B or the beauty/wellness industries.
- You're a friendly, confident, and quick-thinking communicator with a neutral English accent and a clear phone manner.
- You have a strong internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- You're comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets) and CRM-type tools. Prior use of Zappier, RingCentral, or similar VOIP platforms is a bonus.
- You are self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- You have the ability to think on your feet and adapt during calls.
- You have excellent communication and note-taking skills.
- You're comfortable working flexible hours to test different UK morning and afternoon outreach times.
- Familiarity with the beauty or wellness industry is a bonus, but not essential.
