Grow Order Pilot by supporting commercial leaders in presenting capabilities to customers. Keep up with technology trends and incorporate BI capabilities in our innovative logistics solutions offering.This role will manage a strong BI team with the requisite expertise and capabilities to continually provide value.Responsibilities:Data Management & Base Specifications

Lead data technology solution design and implementations and ensure requirements are met and delivered on time.
Define KPI's for performance management and improvement, generate report results and present findings.
Develop efficient, scalable, and repeatable processes using large scale data sets for external and internal customers. Create and troubleshoot database and queries.
Create data visualization and dashboards for internal and external clients.

Project & Process Management

Manage complex projects including the management of documents, workbooks and code and provide written explanations in plain language that supports methodology, conclusions, and observations.
Drive efficiency through continuous improvement & automation. Ensures global initiatives and process changes are successfully documented, implemented, and reflected in the steering measures.

Product Management

Development of BI/Analytics team (globally and for key accounts)
Management of APLL products and enhancements. Operations Management
Define and agree Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with key stakeholders, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and manage performance.
Participate and lead monthly performance calls with Key Stakeholders.

Leadership and Direction

Manage people, resources, and processes to ensure high quality service delivery in line with global process model and agreed on target KPIs.
Identifies training and development programs for members to develop a high performing and engaging team
Mentor and develop employees to assume leadership positions in the company and build talent paths for key performers.
Manages overall employee hiring, evaluation, and termination.

Financials

Manage department budget and ensure spends are within approved budget and accounted for.
Meet and exceed contribution margins and EBIT targets in projects.
Regular period review with Finance to close performance gaps on financials. Support in annual budgeting exercise; present to Senior Leadership team.

Qualifications:General Experience

Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in analytics role; preferably in logistics, shipping or related industry.
Data analytics, business intelligence, database management, reporting or similar.
Experience with MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, Server, SSIS, VBA, and BI Software like Tableau, QlikView or similar.

Managerial Experience

Experience in managing a team of 10 to 20 headcounts.
