About the Job Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their specific needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Qualifications: Proven sales experience in the supply chain sector , with a strong focus on warehousing and distribution services. In-depth knowledge of 3PL solutions , supply chain operations , and freight management . Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a solid track record of closing deals and consistently achieving sales targets . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients at all levels. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin , to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
