• Youll be responsible for providing expert advice on insurance products, generating new leads, preparing accurate quotations, and ensuring excellent client service from inquiry to policy issuance.

• Advise clients on suitable insurance products based on their needs.
• Prepare and provide accurate insurance quotations and proposals.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Follow up on leads, renewals, and potential clients to meet sales targets.
• Maintain updated client records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Assist clients in completing application requirements and facilitate policy processing.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term client relationships.
