Purpose Of The Position The sales Coordinator reports directly to the BDE/M and assists in the day-to-day activities involving sales activities. Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities Over all support between Business Development Executive and Operations Team Assist in live, incoming & developing projects, account opening and account management. Assist in client interfacing such as attending briefing and align project related activities Schedule, attend and document meetings with support departments to cascade and align Assist in monitoring product and related details on production floor. Coordinate and ensure on-time and complete delivery of every assigned account. Prepare and process timely billing of delivered projects Maybe assigned other tasks related to the position Job Requirements Must have an understanding of the manufacturing business. Must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills Must have negotiation skills to secure the best possible deal for the project Must have knowledge ability to read and understand the technical drawing Good Planning/Scheduling and coordinating Skills Highly Organized Must have excel knowledge Work Schedule Monday to Friday : 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
