Description: In-charge of Book of Accounts of New Century Overseas Management Inc. BASIC RELATIONSHIP Reports to Accounting and Admin Manager. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares cash receipt & check vouchers Prepares monthly company schedule of payables Updates various company bank checkbooks & passbooks Prepares Daily cash position report Prepares Schedule of Remittances/Filing to BIR thru efps such as WITHHOLDING TAX ON COMPENSATION, EXPANDED WITHHOLDING TAX, FINAL WITHHOLDING TAX, VAT INPUT TAX and CORPORATE INCOME TAX Inputs Quarterly/Annual Alphalist of Payees (Expanded & Final Withholding Taxes), Quarterly Summary Listings of Sales and Purchases (VAT) and the subsequent submission of DAT files to [HIDDEN TEXT] and other annual efps filing such as 1604E etc. Prepares necessary adjusting journal entries Prepares monthly financial statements (INCOME STATEMENT/BALANCE SHEET) Prepares and updates accounting schedules Performs other duties which the Accounting and Admin Manager may assign. Qualifications: Qualification Graduate of Accountancy CPA Board Passer With or without experience Preferably residing within Metro Manila Requirements: Skills: Clerical, Teamwork, Self-Management, Critical Thinking, Computer/Technical Literacy, Fast Learner
