- Source/Research and build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn, online directories, and other sourcing tools
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on ideal client profile criteria
- Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, cold calling, and email to generate interest
- Nurture warm leads through consistent and strategic follow-up sequences
- Book Discovery Calls with qualified prospects and ensure smooth handoffs to the team
- Maintain accurate records of lead activity, pipeline status, and outreach history in the CRM
- Meet or exceed weekly targets for leads sourced, outreach volume, and Discovery Calls booked
- KPI to be discussed.
- Strong research skills — able to find and qualify the right prospects efficiently (at least 2 years experience)
- Experience in lead generation, lead sourcing, or business development outreach (at least 2 years experience)
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email campaigns (must have)
- Expert with Sales Navigator
- Strong LinkedIn profile willing to use their personal account for outreach
- Excellent English communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive
- Resilient and self-motivated — not easily discouraged by rejection or slow pipelines
- Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage and track a growing lead pipeline
- Familiar with CRM tools and structured outreach workflows
- Prior experience booking B2B discovery or sales calls is a strong advantage
