What you&aposll be doing Compliance Officer for minimal checking of NTC, FDA, DOE, DTI-BPS. Good Knowledge of legal requirements/In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Manage the certification process to ensure all devices met Philippine regulatory standards for market entry. Handled local operators or carrier's tech concern and issues. Analyse type approval requirements based on specifications from local operators and ensure successful completion of testing procedures. Develop and execute test cases to match operator-specific network configurations, ensuring optimal performance of smartphones, tablets, FWA devices, and routers. Deliver technical support to clients by promptly addressing issues related to smartphones, tablets, FWA, and routers. Foster strong client relationships to build trust and enhance overall customer satisfaction. What we&aposre looking for Relevant degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience preferably in the Technology industry. Proficient in manual and automated testing techniques, including the use of test management and defect tracking tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
