Client Requirement Analysis: Understand and analyze potential clients' IT needs and challenges Solution Development: Assist in designing and proposing customized IT solutions in line with client requirements Product Demonstration: Conduct demonstrations and presentations of IT products and services to clients Technical Documentation: Prepare and present technical proposals, including RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) Market Research: Stay abreast of the latest IT trends and competitor offerings to enhance pre-sales strategies Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients during the pre-sales process Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of the technical aspects with sales strategies Feedback and Insights: Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to the product development team for continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Engineering Course (BSEE/BSECE) Licensed Electrical Engineer or Electronics Engineer Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field At least 3-8-5 year experience Proficient in the use of 2D/3D designing applications Knowledgeable in hardware and software configuration related to various network equipment Good technical presentation and communication skills Knowledgeable in the use of MS Office and Google Workspace
