- Administer and maintain our marketing CRM system, including contact and company management, data enrichment, and system configuration
- Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and lead scoring models
- Collaborate with marketing, business development, and operations teams to align CRM usage across departments
- Segment customer data for targeted marketing initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and generate CRM-related reports and dashboards
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure CRM system integrity
- Support integration of CRM with other platforms and tools used by marketing and sales
- Train internal stakeholders on CRM best practices and usage
- 1-5 years of professional experience in a Marketing or CRM management role
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with either HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, marketing automation, and lead management
- Experience with email marketing tools, form builders, and customer segmentation
- Familiarity with data hygiene practices and managing large datasets in the system and through manual manipulation in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- HubSpot or Salesforce certification
- Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, or third-party middle-ware tools like Zapier
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates
