About the Role The Head of Infrastructure Division will oversee the end-to-end management of enterprise infrastructure - from servers and networks to databases, storage, and security systems. You'll lead multiple specialized departments, shape strategic initiatives, and ensure our infrastructure is secure, resilient, and future-ready. Key Responsibilities Direct and control all infrastructure functions, including evaluation, implementation, administration, performance tuning, and decommissioning. Lead strategic and tactical infrastructure planning aligned with business priorities. Oversee server, database, storage, security, and network operations. Implement and enforce best-practice configuration management and security standards. Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and preventive maintenance programs. Drive infrastructure consolidation, standardization, virtualization, and optimization initiatives. Lead and develop department heads and technical teams, ensuring skill growth and performance excellence. Must-Have Qualifications Proven leadership in managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure across multiple domains (servers, networks, databases, storage, and security). Experience in strategic planning and execution for large-scale IT operations. Strong vendor and budget management skills. Background in implementing infrastructure best practices (e.g., virtualization, standardization, consolidation). Track record in leading cross-functional technical teams. Good-to-Have Banking or financial services infrastructure leadership experience. Experience in large-scale infrastructure automation and optimization tools.
