• We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and e-commerce initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and online sales strategies. This role will involve managing social media pages, assisting with ad campaigns, creating engaging content, and supporting live selling activities.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation & Social Media
• Management:
• Develop and post engaging content (images, videos, captions) for social media platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow our online community.
• E-Commerce Support:
• Assist in managing online stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), including uploading products and optimizing listings.
• Support live selling events by creating promotional materials and engaging with the audience.
• Collaborate with influencers and affiliate marketers to drive brand awareness.
• Graphic & Video Editing:
• Design eye-catching thumbnails, banners, and promotional materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Edit product videos, reels, and short-form content for advertising and engagement.
• Market Research & Reporting:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
• Track and report marketing performance metrics (engagement, conversions, sales growth).
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing efforts.
