We are looking for a virality-obsessed editor who uses AI tools to produce 8 short-form Reels per day without sacrificing quality. You will receive pre-processed footage — clips already extracted by OpusClip, captions pre-applied by Captions.ai, transcripts cleaned by Descript — and your job is to apply the judgment, the hooks, the pacing, and the commercial instinct that turns a good clip into one that earns 100,000 views. AI handles the repetitive work. You handle the craft. The combination is what makes 8 edits a day achievable without burning out.WHAT YOU WILL DO

Edit 8 short-form Reels per day from pre-processed footage delivered with AI clip candidates and caption drafts

Apply hook-first editing structure on every piece — the first 1–3 seconds are your primary responsibility

Review and refine AI-generated captions from Captions.ai — adjust phrasing, timing, and styling for maximum impact

Select or approve trending audio using CapCut's AI audio matching and platform trend data

Use CapCut's AI enhancement features: auto-reframe, background removal, smart cut, and motion templates

Deliver completed edits within a same-day window from brief receipt — AI-assisted pipeline makes this achievable

Use OpusClip's virality scoring to prioritise which AI-generated clip candidates deserve the most polish

Flag which formats and hooks are outperforming each week — feed this data back to the Personal Brand Producer

Maintain a live swipe file of 10–20 best-performing Reels from comparable accounts updated weekly

Use Submagic or Captions.ai templates to apply consistent branded caption styles across all WW content

RequirementsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Portfolio of short-form edits with demonstrated performance data — view counts, shares, or engagement evidence required

Expert proficiency in CapCut — including AI features, not just manual editing

Daily working knowledge of at least two AI caption/clip tools (Captions.ai, OpusClip, or Submagic)

Demonstrated capacity to deliver high-volume output — 8 Reels per day requires AI-assisted workflow, not manual-only

Strong English for caption review and on-screen text refinement

Professional hardware and stable internet — high-volume production requires reliable infrastructure

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

Experience editing for luxury, travel, or premium lifestyle brands targeting Western or Middle Eastern audiences

Motion graphics skills in After Effects for branded overlays

Basic colour grading capability

Understanding of YouTube Shorts as a secondary distribution channel
