The Admin Asset Analyst will be responsible for asset inventory and deployment, handling and organizing purchase and payment requests, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented and processed in a timely manner. This role will manage compliance with PEZA requirements and other statutory obligations, including the preparation and submission of necessary documentation. The Admin Analyst will conduct month-end asset inventories to maintain accurate records and support effective asset management. The position also includes managing petty cash liquidation for basic expenses, ensuring proper accounting and reporting. In addition, the Admin Analyst will oversee email correspondence, providing prompt and professional responses to internal and external stakeholders while delivering overall administrative support to maintain smooth operations. Email Management Manage email queries/concerns Handle response time accordingly Performs additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support departmental goals and organizational needs Qualifications Must possess a bachelor's degree (business ad, finance/accounting or relevant) Must have an asset management experience With at least 6 months - 1 year experience in any administrative roles Proficient with MS office applications Familiarity with PEZA and the needed statutory requirements to be submitted is a plus Must be in current role for 1 year Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months Show more Show less
