Position Summary:We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Client Lead Specialist to support our client---a premium complementary health service in Australia offering neurofeedback, counselling, and kinesiology.This position focuses on lead generation, client retention, and brand visibility through Meta platforms. You'll produce engaging video and static content in line with brand guide, manage Meta Ads and provided data analysis, and build local influencer relationships. During quieter periods, youll also support client engagement by sending warm and encouraging emails to early-stage clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, build, and optimise Meta Ads (cold, warm, retargeting)
  • Create highly engaging video and static content (Reels, Stories, Ads)
  • Deploy blogs, email newsletters (Mailchimp), and social posts
  • Conduct influencer outreach and manage referral pipelines
  • LinkedIn engagement for primary clinicians
  • Lead nurturing via email for early-stage clients
  • ADHOC engagement activities related to events and promotions
Tools:
  • Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, Halaxy, Microsoft Office
  • Adobe Suite (good to have)
  • Video editing software
Requirements:
  • 2+ years Meta Ads experience
  • Experience in health/wellness content preferred
  • Proficiency in short-form video content creation
  • Ability to manage campaigns across multiple brands
