Key Responsibilities: Partner with internal teams to align data-driven strategies with business goals. Assess proposed changes using marketing data to identify risks and opportunities. Lead analytics and reporting for global/local social media; track engagement and trends. Benchmark digital presence against competitors using social listening and web tools. Build dashboards and reports using tools like Fusedeck, Clarity, GSC, and Sprout Social. Deliver insights on campaign performance, customer behavior, and CRM data. Evaluate marketing effectiveness and support optimization through testing and targeting. Analyze user journeys and support marketing automation initiatives. Design and assess A/B tests to enhance UX and campaign results. Conduct customer journey and attribution analysis across channels. Ensure data quality and governance in collaboration with IT and Portal teams. Maintain documentation for KPIs, data sources, and methodologies. Develop forecasting models for campaign and audience performance. Present dashboards and strategic insights to leadership and regional teams. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). Stay current on digital trends and provide strategic recommendations. Support data literacy and reporting best practices across teams. What You&aposll Bring: Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a marketing analytics, business analyst, or similar role. Proficiency in social and digital analytics tools such as Sprout Social, GA4, Clarity, Search Console. Strong data visualisation and reporting skills. Solid understanding of campaign tracking, customer engagement metrics, and marketing funnels. Effective communicator with experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical technology industries. Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Understanding of SEO, paid media, and multi-channel marketing strategy. Knowledge of campaign tagging, UTM tracking, and web behaviour analytics.
