Key Responsibilities:Sales Development (50%)Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreachIdentify, qualify, and nurture potential clientsResearch target accounts and identify key decision-makersSchedule meetings and appointments for Relationship Managers (RMs)Build and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipelineMeet or exceed monthly KPIs and lead generation targetsSales Administration (50%)Prepare, update, and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and trackersManage and update CRM systems and prospect databasesCoordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Customer Care)Monitor installation status and support overall sales executionEnsure accuracy and organization of sales documentation and recordsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or sales support rolesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google SheetsExperience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantageComfortable handling both client-facing and administrative responsibilities
