Responsible for providing high caliber individuals that are fit for vacant position as well as with the culture of the company.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Responsible in updating the manpower requisition monitoring.2. Responsible for on-line posting of job vacancies through jobstreet and other on-line portals.3. Conducts job fairs in different schools/universities, and cities/municipalities.4. Creates partnership with different schools/universities/cities and municipalities for recruitment purposes.5. Analyzes the group's recruitment trend and proposes plans and activities to improve recruitment.6. Explores new means in sourcing and inviting applicants.7. Responsible for shortlisting and scheduling of applicants for an exam and interview.8. Checks, reviews results and conducts the initial interview and endorses qualified applicants.9. Provides notice for employees due for regularization.10. Responsible for managing the entire OJT Program of the company, as well as other recruitment programs.11. Responsible for the overall on-boarding processes or newly hired employees.12. Processes exit documents of soon-to-be and separated employees.
