Remote Operations & Content Manager (Full-Time)

- Answer incoming calls with warmth, collect dog information, and book lessons/seminars in our calendar.
- Return missed calls and voicemails the same day.
- Send client emails, contracts, and weekly progress updates.
- Edit short training clips into **client update videos** (with subtitles and logo).
- Create 3-5 social media posts/reels per week (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Write simple captions in our brand voice.
- Keep Trello/Zoho boards up to date with leads, bookings, and training progress.
- Prepare a short weekly report: new leads booked, dogs in training, content delivered.Must Have:
- Warm, clear English phone presence.
- Strong grammar and written English.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
- Reliable internet and quiet work environment.
- Ability to work **full-time, Eastern Time hours** (Monday-Friday).
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Love of dogs.Nice to Have:
- Experience with Zoho, CRMs, or scheduling software.
- Social media posting experience (IG, TikTok, YouTube).
- Spanish skills are a bonus.Compensation & Benefits:
- $500 per week (~$2,000/month), paid every 2 weeks.
- 40 hours per week.
- **5 paid days off per year** (vacation or sick leave). Must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance unless for sickness/emergency.
