Reports T o: Director of Finan ceLocatio n: Remo teEmployment Typ e: Full-Ti me Key Responsibilit ies Accounts Receivable (AR)Oversee invoicing, collections, and cash application proces ses.Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accou nts.Ensure timely and accurate recording of incoming payme nts.Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing iss ues. Accounts Payable (AP)Manage vendor payments, purchase orders, and expense reimbursem ents.Review and approve invoices for accuracy and compli ance.Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of f unds. Financial Close P rocessLead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close proc esses.Ensure all journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments are completed accurately and on time.Oversee the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of all accounting re cords.Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company a ssets.Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal pol icies.Coordinate and manage external audits and tax fi lings.Maintain and improve accounting systems, processes, and document ation.Evaluate and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and acc uracy.Prepare and review financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP or IFRS. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP &A)Develop and manage annual budgets and for ecasts.Analyze financial performance and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual r eports.Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic pl anning.Conduct variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportu nities.Support the Director of Finance in developing financial strategies and long-term pl anning.Lead in cross-functional initiatives to improve financial systems and pro cesses. Vendor Ma nagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and service pr oviders.Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractua l terms.Collaborate with procurement and operations to optimize vendor selection and cost eff iciency.Monitor vendor risk and ensure alignment with company policies and financia l goals. Quali ficationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relat ed field.5-7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial ma nagement.Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial r eporting.Experience with financial systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).Excellent leadership, analytical, and communicatio n skills.
