Spray Painting and Pad Printing Production Manager oversees the Spray Painting, Pad Printing and Sanding operations and ensures that daily schedule, production, and quality goals are met. Job Description: 1.Manages the overall activities of the department including but not limited to production, processing, machine maintenance and tool maintenance and repair. 2. Directs and coordinates with the planning and scheduling of SP PP manufacturing with the Operations Director to consistently meet expected product delivery schedules and inventory levels. 3.Responsible for assuring the efficient use of materials, machines, auxiliary equipment and employees. 4.Responsible for the development and implementation of both the long and short term goals for the SP PP Department. 5.Provides leadership in the maintenance of all operational systems and process controls associated with processing, maintenance, equipment maintenance and repair. 6.Participates in and support the Quality Management System. 7.Follows health and safety standards. 8.Adherence to all information security and physical security policies and programs. Job Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree above, marketing. 2.English communication skills (both written and oral). 3.Minimum of 7 years injection molding experience with at least 3 years in a lead technical or Spray Painting and Pad Printing Department management role. 4.Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 13485.
