JOB OVERVIEWOverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is focused on engaging leads, taking notes, following up consistently, and driving conversations forward.Key ResponsibilitiesReach out to leads, follow up regularly, and maintain detailed notes of conversations.
Use scripts effectively while also adapting in real-time conversations.
Maintain consistent communication with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Build rapport with leads through engaging and confident communication.
Track and update lead information accurately using client tools (Toast platform).
Support the sales process by ensuring no opportunity is missed.Desired QualitiesBig personality: engaging, energetic, and confident in interactions.
Strong English communication skills: both spoken and written.
Hard-working: reliable, consistent, and committed.
Improvisational: able to think quickly and adapt conversations on the spot.
