Job Summary: The HR & Admin Officer will oversee core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations, while managing office administration tasks such as procurement, maintenance, and vendor coordination. This role also supports renovation projects and ensures smooth operational processes across the organization. Job Responsibilities: Manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintain employee records. Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely salary payments and handling government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG). Oversee office administration tasks including procurement, asset management, and office maintenance. Handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and maintain company policies. Initially assist in coordinating office and apartment renovations, vendor communication, progress tracking, and quality supervision. Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, familiar with Philippine labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
