ABOUT THE ROLE Infinnum Inc. is looking for a highly analytical and strategic Managing Consultant to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis practice in Cebu City. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of client engagements related to budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, team leadership, and consulting, with a passion for driving value through data-driven insights and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Strategic Engagement Management : Oversee the full lifecycle of financial consulting engagements-from scoping, onboarding, delivery, and offboarding. Lead client presentations, ensure SLA compliance, and support project profitability, performance, and client satisfaction. Team Leadership & Development : Supervise a team of consultants and junior managers, set clear goals and expectations, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to service quality. Conduct performance evaluations and support professional growth through training and development plans. Financial Planning & Reporting Excellence : Lead the review and delivery of accurate financial reports, dashboards, simulations, and analyses aligned with client objectives. Support decision-making through high-quality insights and participate in key client meetings (ManCom, ExeCom, Board). Continuous Improvement & Innovation : Drive enhancements in financial delivery systems through technology adoption, process improvements, and operational innovation. Resolve issues effectively and ensure alignment with Infinnum's service standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Business Management CPA, CMA, or MBA is a strong advantage. At least 8 years of experience in finance, financial analysis, and budgeting Proven experience managing a team of 5-8 people Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Willing to travel within the Philippines and work in a hybrid setup (office/client/home) Strong business sense and integrity, with extensive knowledge in finance, accounting, and auditing principles.
