Position Summary: The FP&A Manager will play a key role in leading financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis efforts across the business. This individual will bridge tactical execution and strategic insight, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive decision-making, enhance financial visibility, and support scalable growth initiatives. This is a high-impact role for a finance professional with 5-7 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally in a high-growth or private equity-backed environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and executive-level commentary. Develop and manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with department leads and executive stakeholders. Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support scenario planning, pricing strategies, capital investment decisions, and strategic initiatives. Analyze financial and operational data to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations to business leaders. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align financial planning with business objectives and KPIs. Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, investor updates, and leadership presentations. Continuously improve forecasting accuracy and reporting capabilities by implementing best practices, automation tools, and standardization. Support the month-end close process in coordination with the Accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and accruals. Contribute to due diligence, integration support, and financial modeling for potential M&A opportunities. Help implement and refine financial policies and scalable processes that support business growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 5-7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting. Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with planning tools like Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Workday Adaptive Planning preferred. Proven ability to turn data into strategic insights and communicate them effectively to senior leadership. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in private equity-backed, SaaS, or high-growth environments highly preferred. Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
