About the Job: Senior Sales Manager (Eastwood) | OnsiteLocation: Eastwood / 100% onsiteSchedule: DayshiftResponsibilities1. Sales Leadership & Team Management
  • Coach and mentor and grow a team of sales professionals.
  • Set performance objectives, track KPIs, and create development plans to drive excellence.
2. Enterprise Sales & Pipeline Management
  • Grow sales company's portfolio: Co-location, CloudSecure (IaaS/SaaS/DraaS/BaaS, UCaaS/VoIP, and IT Leasing ), with direct enterprise end-users
  • Develop partnership with industry partners, ISVs, Sis, consultants, and vendors.
  • Develop territory plans, manage pipeline, and provide accurate forecasting.
3. Lead Conversion & Deal Execution
  • Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, technical scoping, proposals, negotiations, and deal closing.
  • Apply consultative, solution-centric selling to win enterprise accounts for long-term strategic engagements.
4. Commercial & Technical Proposal Development
  • Lead the creation of compelling proposals, scopes of work (SOWs), and pricing models.
  • Ensure proposal are comprehensive, legally sound, and aligned with service capabilities, working with Pre-Sales, Service Engineering, Service Delivery, Finance Teams
5. Solution Selling & Technical Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Service Engineering, and Service Delivery
Teams to design and scope integratedQualifications:
  • 12+ years in enterprise B2B sales, Experience in those areas IT infrastructure and virtualization
and containers, data management, and cybersecurity. * Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, IT, or similar; MBA/technical master'spreferred. * 5+ years leading sales or technical account teams. (Senior Manager Level)
  • Proven ability to convert leads into revenue with commercial and technical proposals.
  • Technical familiarity with colocation, IaaS/SaaS/DraaS/BaaS, NaaS, UCaaS, and IT leadership.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative leadership style with cross-functional coordination experience
