
Operations Specialist (Philippine-based)

- Initiate checks in the GCM pool within 24-48 HRS from check order date
- Complete verification requirements, close off checks and update/follow-up check on a timely manner
- Develop and maintain good relationship with the Human Resource/Supervisor and Education/Professional POCs coordinating in most respectful and professional manner
- Update verification checks with outmost integrity ensuring all details are true and factual as per records or supervisor comments
- Handle confidential information with outmost care, knowing what is for verification disclosure and not
- Chase candidate diligently and professionally on the needed requirements to complete check verification, as well as completion of Candidate Data Entry process for newly ordered cases in the system
- Update contact cards of any information gathered while or before doing the verification
- Computer Literate, Basic computer skills
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
