Duties And Responsibilities We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to ensure absolute accuracy and consistency when entering information - for example, ensuring entries like "MD" and "Maryland" are applied consistently. This role does not require data analysis experience - our priority is precision, commitment, and consistency. You will work with a high volume of legal documents and number-based records, transferring data from one source to another with 100% accuracy. Training will be provided, and you'll learn the exact process for how entries should be completed. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in Salesforce (training provided). Transfer information from legal documents ("law sheets") and other sources into designated systems. Maintain data consistency, formatting, and accuracy across all records. Follow detailed instructions and established processes for data entry. Communicate promptly about any inconsistencies, missing data, or process-related questions. Minimum Requirements Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (accents are totally fine as long as they speak clearly and can be easily understood) Experience: 3+ years of related experience Experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Legal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role Exceptional attention to detail - able to spot even the smallest discrepancies. Strong commitment to accuracy and quality. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Comfortable working with number-heavy data and repetitive tasks.
