Description: Documents Board's meetings and assist in the preparation of minutes. Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings and conferences. Distributes minutes or other notes as requested by the Members of the Board and Board-Level Committees. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Develop and maintain a filing system. Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions. Performs other general clerical and secretarial duties as requested. Duties and Responsibilities: Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or a related field.
