A strategic mindset with lubricants and/or packaged goods industry knowledge, proven expertise in driving brand engagement and sales growth in key channels. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Develops and implements plans that align with commercial objectives, enhance brand visibility and sales Manages budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for high-impact initiatives Precise in-store planning, ensuring products are prominently displayed and adhere to industry best practices. Positioning products strategically to boost visibility and engagement at the point of sale Works closely with distributors and key retailers to develop and execute mutually beneficial plans Conducts regular field visits to assess brand visibility, verify compliance with merchandising standards, and provide actionable insights Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferably majors in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, and similar Must also demonstrate strong soft skills, including effective communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Success in this role requires adaptability, resilience, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement Strong analytical skills with experience in market trend analysis. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize marketing spend. Experience working with distributors and retailers in trade marketing.
