We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant specializing in and Facebook Outreach. This part-time role, starting at 20 hours per week, is perfect for individuals who are adept at social media communication and have a knack for engaging with audiences on professional platforms. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' online presence and engagement through strategic outreach efforts.Key Responsibilities:
- and Facebook Messaging: Utilize your familiarity with and Facebook to craft and send messages that align with the client's brand voice. Engage with potential leads and maintain ongoing conversations to foster relationships.
- Facebook Group Engagement: Post relevant content and engage with various Facebook groups to increase visibility and interaction for our clients.
- Report Preparation: Use Google Workspace to create comprehensive reports detailing the progress and outcomes of outreach activities. Share these insights with the team and clients to inform future strategies.
- Client Meetings: Regularly meet with clients to discuss the progress of outreach efforts, providing them with updates and feedback to ensure alignment with their goals.
- Brand Voice Emulation: Skillfully continue conversations by emulating the client's tone, personality, and brand voice, ensuring consistency and authenticity in all communications.Work Environment:
All tea mbers are required to log into our virtual Zoom office during their shift. This setup facilitates real-time collaboration, training, and accountability, ensuring that our team remains connected and productive.Qualifications:
- Proven experience with and Facebook messaging and group engagement.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace for report creation and data management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to emulate different brand voices.
