- Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR), ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.
- Work closely with team members to make sure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
- Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
- Help enforce process and quality standards across teams.
- Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.
- Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements; expect responsibilities to evolve regularly in a fast-growing company.
- Continuously learn new tools and adapt to evolving company processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field
- Atleast 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling)
- Ability to build and work with financial/data models
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools
- A “can-do” mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile
- Familiarity with or curiosity about AI-powered tools for automation and efficiency is a nice-to-have
- Interest in operational efficiency and process optimization is an advantage
