About the Job: Manage booking communication through the different channels with all the guests. Receive phone calls from guests to solve troubleshoot issues Coordinate communication with the cleaning staff and assign tasks to them. Report maintenance issues and follow up with the different contractors Escalate solution cases through the different booking platforms and follow up with the case managers Order supplies for the different properties Update the property management database List the new properties in the different booking platforms Run reports on different metrics of the company (reviews, occupancy, etc.) Coordinate different tasks for project management of new properties What we are looking for: Exceptional English - both written and spoken Exceptional Customer Service skills Ability to solve complex issues Ability to handle stressful situations Ability to understand new technology and adapt to fast-paced environments Positive attitude and willingness to always learn Hotel Experience is an asset What we offer: Competitive wages Growth opportunities Benefits after 6 months Amazing team *Only resumes or CV&aposs in English will be reviewed.
