Social Media Manager (Health & Wellness)

• Part-Time (~40 hours per month) + opportunity to grow to more hours
• Fully remote position
• Remote: IST working hours
• Monthly Starting Salary: $320+ (flexible and depending on experience)

• Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn using Later. Create visuals (brand assets provided) and write engaging captions with CTAs and hashtags. Repurpose content efficiently across platforms.
• Stories & Real-Time Content: Post original, interactive Stories (polls, tips, countdowns, behind-the-scenes, etc.), not just reshared content. Monitor and respond to audience interactions in real time.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments and DMs professionally. Engage with relevant accounts (clinics, influencers, partners) and join trending fertility-related conversations to increase visibility.
• Collaboration & Partner Tagging: Coordinate with speakers, clinics, and sponsors to align messaging and boost reach via tags and collab posts.
• Reporting & Insights: Submit monthly reports on engagement, audience growth, top posts, and improvement recommendations.
• Tone & Tools: Ensure content is empathetic, inclusive, and accurate.

• 3+ years of experience in social media management (health, wellness, or lifestyle preferred)
• Excellent written English and understanding of fertility-related terminology
• Strong video editing skills for Reels and TikTok
• Proficient in Canva and familiar with social trends
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
