- Manage and grow the company’s presence across all major digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website).
- Develop and execute a robust content strategy aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Plan, create, curate, and schedule engaging content—visuals, videos, and copy—for each platform, customized to platform strengths and audience preferences.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of social media assets (e.g., profile banners, thumbnails, ads, landing pages).
- Maintain a content editorial calendar to align with campaign timelines, key events, and publishing consistency.
- Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, inquiries, comments, and online reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate boosting and implementation of paid social campaigns, including budget monitoring and performance analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, events, creative, and production teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions), using insights to refine strategy.
- Manage online reputation by responding to reviews and implementing initiatives to generate positive feedback.
- Support basic website content management and apply minor HTML updates when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in media, lifestyle, or content-driven industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms (FB Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Studio, TikTok for Business, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling content (writing, visuals, video)—experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut is a plus.
- Experience in managing paid ad campaigns and interpreting analytics (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong project management and time management skills; capable of handling multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Filipino).
- Proactive, creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is an advantage.
