What you'll doDaily:

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timely recording of inventory movements in the process orders
Monitor unit cost of all materials to ensure daily moving average cost is not distorted due to error

Monthly:

Monitor monthly Work in Process Inventory reconciliation
Provide monthly production variance and yield analysis report
Ensure all common costs are allocated accordingly
Update cost allocation parameters when necessary
Responsible for monitoring and reporting monthly overhead costs
Ensure proper charging of manufacturing expenses to cost center
Measure and highlight production key performance indicators
Obtain volume confirmation every month
Perform month-end cost accounting close
Conduct monthly performance review with the production team
Support Finance team with the monthly & quarterly MBR / Financial reporting

Semi-annually / Annually:

Support Finance team with annual budgeting and the subsequent re-forecasting
Prepare and assist external auditors
Perform cost roll up as requested by IT or by Accounting Controller

To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication skills, you must be agile, analytical, collaborative, credible & influential leader and digital-oriented.
You must also be a graduate of BS Accountancy or a related degree program
You should be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. Also helpful to have experience manipulating large databases.
Experience/knowledge in SAP is a must
With at least 2 years of cost accounting experience
