- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Generate financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries.
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries for clients and staff.
- Assist in managing office supplies and equipment.
- Perform other clerical duties as required.
