Your primary mission is to ensure compliance and promote safety across project sites. You will coordinate closely with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, and subcontractors to address SHE concerns. Key functions include supporting the implementation of the SHE Construction Plan in alignment with DOLE standards, enforcing applicable safety rules and recommending corrective measures, and actively participating in safety meetings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily inspections of site activities (e.g., scaffolding, hot works, lifting operations, housekeeping) and submit detailed reports. Facilitate intensive SHE orientations and inductions for all contractors' personnel on-site. Assist in the development and execution of emergency response plans and participate in safety drills. Support incident and accident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation, including Daily Safety Reports, Accident/Incident Reports, and Permit-to-Work Logs. Contribute to hazard and environment aspect identification and risk assessments. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree holder. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in construction site safety management. Equivalent hands-on experience is an added advantage. Licenses & Certifications: Must be a Safety Officer (SO2 or SO3) as per DOLE Standards. Requires a DOLE or similar acceptable certificate, or proof of application and awaiting issuance. Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) and local labor laws. Competency in Data Management, Problem-solving and Decision-making, Interpersonal and Communication skills, Leadership skills, and Risk Management.
